Strange Car Disign !!!
but we would surely like to give it a try.
Mitsubishi breaks from convention and introduces the MMR25.
While the look is shocking, the multi-terrain, omnidirectional wheels consist of eight independently-controlled motors, allowing for “8 x 4” wheel drive so that the car can be driven forward while pointing in any direction. The MMR25 drives sideways into a corner and points the nose of the car outwards before even reaching the apex of the curve while driving sideways or backwards.
The MMR25 also uses special Oblique Aerodynamics to give the vehicle aero advantages. The center wing acts as a spoiler, actuated by pneumatic and fabricated from Memory Metal Alloy while the front and rear spoilers double as suspension blades which are able to control stiffness and ride height.
LA Auto Show Design Challenge you will be able to admire an interesting new concept from Mitsubishi, the MMR25 Rally Racer. This futuristic race car is an all-electric race car powered by four lightweight, high-efficiency, in-wheel electric motors whose output is boosted with the help of eight supplemental motors. The battery packs are positioned low to the ground in the center and on each side of the vehicle, enhancing the stability and lowering the center of gravity.
The interesting thing about the MMR25 concept is the omnidirectional wheel design that allows the vehicle to be driven forward while pointing the nose of the vehicle in any direction.
The concept has no window, reducing the vehicle weight, but the driver’s cabin has a 360 degree panoramic screen that displays the images taken by the outside cameras.
You might not have noticed, but this collection of tyres happens to have a car attached - the Mitsubishi Motors MMR25, concocted by designer Jon Hull for the LA Design Challenge. The ‘omnidirectional rally concept’ utilises no less than 32 tyres, with eight at each corner.
It’s a shame the MMR25 doesn’t preview the Evolution XI, because blowouts would be a whole lot easier to deal with, as would speed bumps and tall kerbs. The all-terrain concept can be driven forward while pointing in any direction, according to the Japanese maker, and it features ‘oblique aerodynamics’, which is a fancy way of saying the spoiler is in the centre and can move around pneumatically.
Also impressive is the fact that the front and rear spoilers act as suspension blades to control ride height and alter the car’s stiffness. It’s certainly striking, and in a bizarre way some of its features might form the basis of something useable in future… or perhaps not. But it is different, and that’s what these things are all about, isn’t it?

Pak Henna Body Art !!!
Henna Facts
The "Henna Plant" (Lawsonia inermis) is a tall shrub or small tree, 2-6 m high. It is native to tropical and subtropical regions of Africa, Southern Asia, and Northern Australasia, in semi-arid zones.
Henna is commercially cultivated in western India, Pakistan, Morocco, Yemen, Iran, Sudan, and Libya. Lawsonia inermis, produces a red-orange dye molecule, (lawsone). This molecule has an affinity for bonding with protein and thus has been used to dye skin, hair, fingernails, leather, silk and wool.

The Henna Plant Powdered Henna Leaves
(Lawsonia inermis) (Ready for making the paste)
Dried, ground, and sifted henna leaves are easily worked into a paste that can be used to make intricate body art. This powder is mixed with lemon juice, strong tea, or other mildly acidic liquids. Essential oils with high levels of "terps" (monoterpene alcohols) such as tea tree oil, eucalyptus, cajeput, or lavender oils, will improve the stain characteristic. Many henna artists also add sugar to the recipe, to provide better "sticking" quality against the skin, which allows the paste to adhere to, and remain moist, on the skin to achieve a darker stain.

KPT Tower, Pakistan !
Tenders for a landmark waterside development at Mai Kolachi adjacent to the Port of Karachi in Pakistan have been received and are currently being evaluated following the implementation of Aedas’ international competition-winning design for a mixed-use scheme.
Endorsed in 2007 by the Prime Minister of Pakistan, the development will command an iconic presence and provide an instantly recognisable beacon to Pakistan’s principal city of Karachi and the country’s largest sea port. The project is expected to commence on site in the second quarter of 2008.
The scheme which includes five high rise towers focuses around the centrepiece; an elegant 78-storey fully glazed tower The tower comprises 162,000sq m. of office space crowned with a 250-bed six-star luxury hotel with additional serviced apartments. The hotel bedrooms are cleverly arranged around an 85m-high atrium to maximise the magnificent views over the Arabian Sea.
